- Gunsmith is getting a 25% rep increase for dismantling to compensate for blues change
- Rumble returning as a permanent game type
- Past exotic catalysts than benefitted from seasonal pass bonuses, will benefit from the current season pass bonus
- Only the first Exotic Glaive will require the wellspring drop, other two can be bought from Evidence Board

Airborne Effectiveness
General
- Matchmaking systems and competitiveness gives Bungie room to ease back on these systems
- System was primarily implemented to balance out Strand
Primary Weapons
- Bullet bend penalties lowered by 60%
- Increased angle of head shot cone by 50% at 100 AE
- Removed reticle friction penalties and added bonus to reticle friction for 60-100 AE
- Hand Cannon, Sidearm: 60% less accuracy penalty
- Auto Rifle, Scout Rifle, Pulse Rifle, Submachine Gun: 20% less accuracy penalty
- Bow: 30% less accuracy penalty
Special Weapons
- Sniper Rifles and Slug Shotguns: reduced base airborne accuracy penalty by 50%.
- Pellet Shotguns: fully removed airborne accuracy penalty.
Weapon Changes
SMGs
- Increased damage and aim assist falloff start at 0 range by 30%.
- Reduced damage and aim assist falloff start at 100 range by 6%.
- Adaptives SMGs crit multiplier raised from 1.44 to 1.5, raising crit from 16.2 to 16.9
- Forensic Nightmare zoom raised from 13 to 14
Pulses
- Reduced aim assist falloff start at 100 range by ~10%.
- Reduced damage falloff start at 100 range by ~5%.
- 20% recoil increase on M&K
- BxR zoom lowered from 20 to 18
Side Arms
- Reduced the previous 30% aim assist falloff distance buff to 20%
Exotic Weapon Tuning
- Dead Messenger wave splash damage lowered by 35% in PVP
- DMT no longer has damage penalty at 5 cranial stacks, but several hip-fire stats were nerfed: aim assist cone angles by 25% on M&K, angle bonus scaling from 20% to 5%, aim cone angle from 3 degrees to 0.8 degrees, auto aim falloff scalar from 1.5 to 1.1
- Revoker Reversal of Fortune now requires 2 misses in 6 seconds

- Class ability cooldowns increased by 20% for Barricade, Thruster, and Dodge
Touch of Thunder Storm Grenade
- Damage reduced from 40 to 30
- 0.24s delay added between initial strike and roaming storm
- Storm speed starts and 1.5 m/s and ramps up to 3m/s (previously a flat 3 m/s)
Sliding in PVP
- Removed stability, incoming flinch, and Shotgun pellet spread penalties while sliding
